Akshay Sarode comes from a very humble background & started his career as an office boy at the tender age of 12. From the beginning Akshay was a dreamer, taking a leap of faith in his entrepreneurial dream and building a multi-million dollar presence.

Akshay has deep interest in spirituality & ancient wisdom implementing it in his entrepreneurial journey to transform startups into evolved enterprises. He pioneered the USTHIL framework, which has proven to work with over 100 SMEs for which Akshay raised 380+ crores already.

Akshay is famously known as the phoenix who rose from the darkness of life after a major incident rendered him tied to the wheelchair. He has since then brought back scores of businesses from the brink crisis & inactivity by identifying loop holes, filling in the gaps & aligning management with Indian Philosophical perspectives.
